This is the privacy statement and policy of the Windows Store app “the PCI Portal”. (last updated May 28 2014)

No personal information is accessed or transmitted by the app. When retrieving data, the app user’s IP address is recorded.
This information is not shared with any other parties.
This information is only retained for the purpose of measuring usage statistics of the application and the web pages that it displays information from.
This information is not linked to any other information.

User’s personal information is not obtained. Personal information includes all information or data that could reasonably be used to identify a person. Examples of personal information include: contacts, photos, phone number, audio & video recordings, location, SMS or other text communication, images of the computer’s desktop or screen shots, unique account identifiers, unique identifiers based on the computer’s hardware, and in some cases, combined browsing history.

The PCI Portal Application displays advertising. The application does not collect or use any advertising IDs if the user has turned off the feature. If the user has chosen to reset the advertising ID (is this possible with PubCenter?), the app will not use any prior advertising ID values, or associate them with the new value.

ThePCIportal.com website displays advertising from the Google Ads network.  If you would rather see pictures of kittens or no ads, you can become a Google Contributor member to support the websites you visit.  Google’s privacy policy applies.
